We were privileged to have the opportunity to help bring our client’s vision to life on this ‘rear of’ block in Trigg. The architect created a large family home over 400m2, maximising the amazing ocean views from multiple rooms. With the main living area and kitchen located upstairs, the owners can take in the stunning views from the areas of the home they spend the most time in.
Collaborating with the architect, we were able to work with the challenges of a sloping site with multiple levels and boundary walls that required meticulous planning and execution to realise.
Embracing a warm coastal palette, this home sits well in its environment. Walking distance from the beach and popular spots, Island Market Trigg and Canteen Trigg, this fantastic location allows our clients to live a coastal lifestyle every day.
